Job Description

Perform client account opening and ongoing maintenance, including preparation, verification, and processing of onboarding documentation in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support Relationship Managers in completing KYC / CDD reviews, periodic reviews, credit applications, and related documentation.
Execute and support transactional activities, including trade processing, settlement coordination, and system entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Act as a key point of contact for RMs and clients on operational, transactional, and system-related queries, providing practical and effective solutions.
Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, Risk, Credit, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
Provide administrative and operational support to Team Leaders and Relationship Managers to enhance overall team efficiency and client service standards.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and private banking service procedures at all times.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

University degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Service Officer or Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Banking or Priority Banking.
Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently with good attention to detail.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin proficiency required.
A collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn and grow in a private banking environment.
