Job Description - Assistant Relationship Manager (EAM team), Private Bank

Your new company

We are hiring for a foreign pure private bank, renowned for our client-centric approach, stability, and long-standing tradition in wealth management. With a strong international presence, we provide tailored investment solutions and high-quality advisory services to high-net-worth clients, working closely with external asset managers (EAMs).

Your new role

Support Relationship Managers in servicing EAM clients, ensuring high-quality client experience and timely execution of requests.
Handle account opening, KYC documentation, and ongoing account maintenance for EAM clients
Execute and monitor trades across multiple asset classes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, compliance, product teams) to facilitate smooth client servicing
Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and investment-related materials

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in private banking
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Proven experience in handling EAM accounts and trade execution across asset classes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
