Assistant Relationship Manager - European Private Bank

My client is a prestige European private bank who is known for good stability and friendly environment. It is now seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers in managing and growing client portfolios by providing comprehensive support and exceptional service.
• Address client needs and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Proactively monitor client's account status and report for any irregularities
• Execute trade transactions and ensure that all transactions are in compliance with the Bank's policies and legislative requirements
• Facilitate the account opening process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in client service in private banks
• Regulatory license is required ie. HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8)
• Familiar with wealth management products
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and meticulous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A good team player
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Cantonese
