Assistant Relationship Manager (Sales Support & Marketing)

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Relationship Manager to join our wealth management team. This hybrid role combines client service, sales support and digital marketing. Candidate takes ownership, communicates effectively and is comfortable with both administrative tasks and client-facing support.

Job Responsibilities

1. Track departmental sales data and manage client follow-ups
2. Prepare regular client reports including portfolio statements, market updates etc.
3. Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials
4. Maintain and update Client Log, ensuring all client interactions are properly recorded
5. Serve as secondary client contact, assist with client service matters, identify business opportunities and escalate qualified leads to RMs
6. Provide administrative backup for the team when required
7. Occasional business travel to Mainland China as needed

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above. Major in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, client servicing, or marketing
3. Familiar with WeChat ecosystem and basic design, video editing, or AI tools is a plus
4. Proactive, willing to learn, detail-oriented, and strong follow-up skills
5. HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1,7 & 8 preferred
6. Must be fluent in spoken Mandarin and able to type in Chinese
7. Fresh Graduates with outstanding qualifications may be considered
