Assistant Relationship Manager - Swiss Private Bank

My client is aprestigue private bank with long history supporting withHNW/UHNW clients. As the bank is rapidly expecting, they are now seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team.

• Support RMs with daily client enquiries and relationship maintenance.
• Handle account opening, KYC/AML reviews, documentation updates, and compliance requirements.
• Process client instructions including payments, transfers, deposits, and investment transactions.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, investment proposals, and meeting materials.
• Liaise with product, operations, compliance, and credit teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor client portfolios and highlight opportunities or issues to RMs.
• Assist in business development activities and client presentation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
• HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8
• Strong understanding of HKMA/SFC regulations and KYC/AML procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail; able to multitask.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.
