Job Description - Assistant Relationship Manager (UHNW/HNW), Foreign Private Bank

Your new company

We are working with multiple private banks with a global presence which provides innovative investment solutions and a wide range of products, including equities, fixed income, FX, structured products, alternatives, trust services, family office solutions, and EAM, with several team / market coverages: China / Hong Kong / Taiwan / International.

Your new role

  • Assist Relationship Managers in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of investment proposals and presentations.

  • Monitor and manage client portfolios, providing regular updates and performance reviews.
  • Execute trading orders and manage transactions in a timely and accurate manner.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in private banking/ wealth management, client service, operations or sales support.

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
