Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of department and supervise daily operation including telephone handling, reservations input.

• Maintain optimum room occupancy, average rate and yield as well as capitalize the room revenue of the hotel.

• Update rate codes, rate loading and allotment into PMS.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

More experienced candidate will be considered as Reservations Supervisor
