Job Description - Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Job Requirements

University graduate in Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines.

Over 4 years’ experience in sales field with at least 2 years at management level. Experience in consumer products preferred.

Sound connection with local retailing network.

Proactive with strong sales technique and be aggressive to achieve sales targets.

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent command in both English and Chinese.

Proficient in MS office applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales distribution plans, explore and prospect new business opportunities to expand existing customer list and generate new revenue.

Maximize business turnover and product placement in market place.

Lead & motivate teammates to achieve preset sales objectives by providing direction, coaching and training.

Plan, organize, and manage sales channel & distribution strategies for key accounts.

Manage P&L of assigned product categories to achieve business targets.

Liaise and maintain executive level relationships with new accounts and existing customers/ business partners.

Provide professional new products/ projects presentation to key account customers.

Coordinate closely with internal departments to meet delivery schedule and quality sales services.

Formulate and review products pricing, product features enhancement and optimization.
