Assistant Technical Support Executive Administration (Ref: 2500014Y)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervisor the workshop team, including task allocation, duty rostering, people management, performance supervision, training to new joiners, equipment inspection schedules

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair of the MTR headquarters building and other offices, including assisting in supervising contractors in carrying out maintenance work related to the building, central air-conditioning system, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment, and general builders work

• Perform emergency repairs as required

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level is highly preferable

• Possessession of Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker, relevant technical training certificates and a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is highly preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to ensure maintenance tasks are completed effectively and safely
