• The role of AVP, Agency Segmentation Development, Events and Campaigns has an important agency management responsibility in enabling Sun Life Hong Kong's agency cultural transformation and in driving quality agency expansion focused on analytics driven campaigns and appropriate segmentation strategy, including delivery of large agency events.
  
  The role will lead teams across MDRT & Agency Campaigns along with large events teams to formulate plans, strategies for the agency force along with leading the execution of these said plans and strategy, pursuing and driving distribution excellence, with the aim to achieve the Company's aggressive expansion targets and strategic aspiration of becoming top 4 player in Hong Kong, while attaining over 20% in MDRT ratio.

Qualifications (heading) / Comp\u00e9tences (titre)

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in insurance industry with experience in agency development, agency promotion or agency operation in which 5 years in managerial level
• Self-motivated with positive attitude
• Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Qualification of FLMI

• Take the leading role as the MDRT Champion to achieve MDRT targets & regional initiatives
• Pursue distribution excellence by driving quality agency force segmentation behind strong data analytics fundation
• Strengthen Most Respected Agency based MDRT culture across SLHK
• Delivery of large agency events such as conventions, ACM, mass agency incentives and campaigns
• Use data analytics to drive the right agency behavior through innovative activities and campaigns
