Job Description - Assistant Vice President, Specialist, Solution Delivery Management

Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Analyze and design solutions for complex IT systems and applications to support the bank's operations and customer-facing services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT operations, to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions
Manage the end-to-end system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Monitor and optimize system performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements
Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies and roadmaps

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in Corporate Banking
At least 3 years of system analysis and design experience in Open Platform
Experienced and knowledgeable in the following technologies:
- Python, Java, SQL, AngularJS
- Linux and any Cloud Platform
- Experience in applying Generative AI Tools in project implementation is definitely an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
