Job Description - Assistant Vice President, Specialist, Solution Delivery Management, Technology & Operations

Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design solutions for complex IT systems and applications to support the bank's operations and customer-facing services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT operations, to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies and roadmaps
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in Corporate Banking
  • At least 3 years of system analysis and design experience in Open Platform
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in the following technologies:
    • Python, Java, SQL, AngularJS
    • Linux and any Cloud Platform
    • Experience in applying Generative AI Tools in project implementation is definitely an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
