As a trusted partner to hiring managers, you will influence hiring strategies, share market insights, and help the business make confident, informed talent decisions. You will also build strong candidate networks, nurture a long-term talent pipeline, and elevate our function through continuous improvement and collaboration with external partners. Job Duties:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract tech talents for upcoming growth plans
Handle full spectrum of recruitment process, including sourcing, interview and offer management, covering a wide range of tech hiring to ensure sufficient workforce
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring plan, selection criteria and identify the right candidates for the teams
Connect and network with qualified candidates and establish good relationship and positive candidate experience
Maintain a database and pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
Actively manage relationship with external recruitment agencies to ensure quick turnaround time and quality candidates
Provide the hiring managers with market intelligence regarding the talent community/ the competition and industry trends
Perform any ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition function enhancement
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
Minimum of 8 years of solid talent acquisition experience, ideally from both recruitment agency and in-house position
Experience working within financial institutions would be ideal
Strong business acumen, knowledge in tech recruitment with excellent stakeholder management ability
Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
Independent, confident, strong problem solving and organization skills
Excellent command in both verbal and written, both English and Chinese
