What you do?
Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Bank’s total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, talent strategy, and regulatory requirements
Manage and deliver annual compensation processes, including salary review, bonus, and promotion exercises
Conduct salary benchmarking and market intelligence across key roles and markets
Design, review, and maintain employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, insurance, and retirement plans
Monitor market trends and employee needs to recommend enhancements to benefits offerings and strengthen the employee value proposition
Ensure benefits programs are cost effective, compliant, and aligned with wellbeing objectives
Support the annual staff budgeting exercise including forecasting and cost management
Support communication of total rewards programs to employees and senior stakeholders
Leverage HRIS and rewards systems (e.g. Workday) to enhance reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
Leverage analytics and insights to inform total rewards decisions and improve program outcomes
Who you are?
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits / total rewards, preferably in a regional or multinational organisation. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Vice President
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms; advanced Excel and data analysis skills preferred
Strong knowledge of employment, tax, and benefits regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Strong communication and stakeholder management
