About the Role
As an Assistant Vice President/Senior Manager, Human Resources Performance, you will play a pivotal role in translating Group strategies into an enterprise-wide performance architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives, execution priorities, and people outcomes across headquarters, regions and hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Finance, Strategy, and Business Leaders to translate group strategies into clear, actionable performance frameworks.
- Lead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of the Group Balanced Scorecard.
- Define prioritized sub‑initiatives, metrics and ownership to ensure effective strategy execution.
- Establish core performance dimensions, guiding principles, and governance standards to drive focus and value creation.
- Design and oversee performance monitoring, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
- Provide clear insights on performance trends, risks, and execution gaps to support informed decision-making by senior management.
- Ensure integrity, consistency, and transparency of data across all performance reporting.
About You
- 12+ years of experience across strategy, performance management, business planning, or related disciplines, preferably within complex, multi‑business or hospitality environments.
- Proven ability to partner with C‑suite and senior leadership on enterprise‑level performance and execution initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of business drivers, performance metrics, and execution governance.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to convey complex strategic and performance concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including KPI modeling, performance tracking, scenario analysis, and executive reporting.
