THE JOB:

• To check billings from vendors.
• To prepare vouchers and cheques to Liners for Ocean shipments.
• To perform data input, validation, and filing duties.
• To assist in month-end closing tasks.
• To prepare audit schedules for quarterly reviews and year-end audit.
• To take up additional accounting tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

The Future:

• Candidate for supervisory position

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Formal Secondary School graduate or above, 1-2 years relevant experience.
• LCCI Level I completed.
• Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficient PC knowledge
