Job Description - Asso - AVP, Assistant Relationship Manager, Private Banking

Your new company
We are hiring for multiple private banks, from international to boutique shops, supporting senior private bankers in covering China / HK / TW / International market.

Your new role

  • Assist Relationship Managers in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of investment proposals and presentations.

  • Monitor and manage client portfolios, providing regular updates and performance reviews.

  • Execute trading orders and manage transactions in a timely and accurate manner.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking/ wealth management, client service, operations or sales support.

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English; fluency in Chinese is required.
