Job Description

Reviewing and assessing IPO applications to ensure compliance with listing rules and regulatory standards.
Providing recommendations and preparing reports on IPO submissions.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
Conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements and related disclosures.
Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments in the financial services sector.
Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures for IPO vetting.
Ensuring timely processing and communication of IPO application outcomes.
Providing guidance and expertise to junior team members as required.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Qualified accountant with 4-7 years of experience, preferably from Big 4.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Sharp analytical mind, professional poise, and impeccable written English & Chinese.
The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
