Job Description

Providing excellent customer service to clients in cash management operations.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
Performing daily cash transaction processing and reconciliation.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the department.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cash management operations and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
