Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive analytical and operational support to the Trading and Structuring team, covering a broad spectrum of asset classes including interest rates, foreign exchange, equities, credit, and structured products
• Assist in the pricing, execution, trade booking, and vigilant risk monitoring of complex hybrid financial instruments
• Conduct thorough market research and insightful analysis to pinpoint and evaluate opportunities for new product development and innovative solutions within the financial landscape
• Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance Teams to meticulously draft and review documentation for new structured products, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies
• Serve as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from sales teams and clients, providing clear explanations, recommendations, and timely and effective solutions

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related technical discipline
• Ideally, 3-5 years or more of relevant experience in Asia's interest rates trading, with a strong preference for exposure to the China market
• Concrete knowledge and understanding of pricing and risk management for linear interest rate derivatives products
• Experience in independently managing a flow book is a plus
• Self-motivated and resilient individual capable of thriving and performing effectively in a demanding environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams
