Job Description

As Michael Page Recruitment Consultant You Will:

• Source, engage, and build strong relationships with candidates across the Financial Services sector, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide clear guidance to help them navigate opportunities in the market.
• Support senior consultants by preparing candidate shortlists and market insights for active roles.
  Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively advise candidates and contribute to team knowledge.
• Coordinate the interview and offer process between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.
• Contribute to team success by collaborating closely with colleagues and supporting key recruitment activities.

The Successful Applicant

If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

• Fresh graduate or candidates with up to one year of experience from any discipline
• Understanding of Mainland China culture, market dynamics, or business environment
• Proficient in spoken Mandarin, with strong written skills in both Mandarin and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated proactivity, resilience, and motivation to succeed
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
