Associate Director/ Associate, Debt Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for DCM deal execution, including

l Draft or review lead managers due diligence reports, undertaking letter, and other documents for issuer’s foreign debt quota application to NDRC (if necessary)

l Work on internal approvals such as KYC, AML and document review for regulatory requirement

l Manage transaction process, including materials preparation, third party engagement, calls/meetings arrangement, and other relevant works to facilitate communication between issuers and professional parties and to ensure offering document are prepared and transaction are executed at market standard.

- Assist pitch books, RFP, and marketing materials to support deal origination; finalize deal structure and legal documentation (if any)

- Handle ad-hoc projects and lead or participate in new product / procedure development for seasoned professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience, basic concept of legal or relevant background preferred;

- Strong Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel skills

- Interest in digital assets or settlement procedure; able to apply AI to streamline repetitive tasks or process will be a plus.

- Capable of handling multiple tasks or willing to take challenging work in a demanding environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Good command of Mandarin and English

- A senior position can be considered for those qualified.
