Job Description

As an Associate Director, C&B, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conducting market analysis to ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and trends.
  • Overseeing the design and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, LTI design and calculations, executive compensation and benefits program upgrades.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address organizational needs and align C&B programs with business objectives.
  • Providing expert advice on C&B-related policies and practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards in the Financial Services sector.
  • Managing C&B projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports to support decision-making processes within the Human Resources department.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director, C&B should have:
  • A strong background in compensation and benefits within the Financial Services industry.
  • Proven skills in analyzing market data and implementing effective C&B strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
