Job Description

As an Associate Director, C&B, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conducting market analysis to ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and trends.
Overseeing the design and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, LTI design and calculations, executive compensation and benefits program upgrades.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address organizational needs and align C&B programs with business objectives.
Providing expert advice on C&B-related policies and practices.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards in the Financial Services sector.
Managing C&B projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Analyzing data and preparing reports to support decision-making processes within the Human Resources department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director, C&B should have:

A strong background in compensation and benefits within the Financial Services industry.
Proven skills in analyzing market data and implementing effective C&B strategies.
Excellent knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams and departments.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing C&B initiatives.
Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
