Associate Director of Finance / Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the month end closing and preparation of management accounts and work closely with overseas subsidiaries for inter-company balances reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of consolidated Financial Statement with Oracle FCCS
• Monitor group cash positions (including daily cash positions and rolling monthly cash flow forecasts) and review supplier payments
• Work with auditors in group annual audit/interim review and meet tight deadlines under Stock Exchange
• Deal with external parties such as valuers, tax representatives and bankers, to meet all statutory and legal requirements, such as tax filing and loan covenants compliance
• Review budgets and monitor performance of hotels in different regions
• Assist CFO in corporate finance and capital market transactions, such as M&A, loan financing and other fundraising activities
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with a degree in accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting field
• Experience in hospitality/real estate industry is a plus
• Big 4 audit and corporate experience highly preferred
• Experience in using Oracle system
• Qualified member of  HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
