Job Description - Associate Director to Executive Director, Global Market Sales, GMT

Job Responsibilities

Grow Institutional Clients base, identify products relevant to clients and increase ICBC Asia's penetration in the market share
Deep dive with FI coverage and relevant stakeholders
Actively drive relevant trading documents' negotiation, such as ISDA, IMCSA, VMCSA, GMRA, GMSLA
Work with FI coverage team and credit approval team to apply for credit limits
Work with product team and legal team to grow ICBC Asia's product capabilities

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree graduate
5-10 Years of relevant sales & trading work experience or Sovereign Clients Coverage experience in reputable banks
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
Demonstrate capability to originate and execute business opportunities independently
Language proficiency in Mandarin and English
Experience in handling trading documents, such as ISDA, IMCSA, VMCSA, GMRA, GMSLA
Product knowledge in FX & Rates
Existing relationships with institutional clients, especially sovereign clients
Take ownership on initiatives with proactive mindset
