Job Summary:

The Global Issuer Services Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of value-added, solutions-oriented engagement with key stakeholders in the Hong Kong capital markets. This position requires strong analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

Key responsibilities:

• Market intelligence and analysis:   Monitor equity markets, primary issuance activity, and transaction trends to generate valuation and actionable insights that support in-depth engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder communication and marketing:  Develop high-quality analytical and presentation materials to support stakeholder engagement, with a focus on regulatory developments, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Thematic and sector research:  Conduct in-depth research on industry sectors, market themes, and transaction activity to support the development of thematic reports and sector-specific insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration:  Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support broader strategic projects and business development initiatives, contributing to the expansion of market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Wind), is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Prior work experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related experience in finance is preferred.
