A leading securities firm is expanding their compliance team and seeking a Global Market Compliance Associate to join them in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering a culture of compliance across their global operations.

Your new role

- Monitor and analyse regulatory changes impacting global markets.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify compliance risks and propose solutions.
- Conduct investigations and assist in resolving compliance issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with regulators and assist in audits and examinations.

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) is a plus.
- 4-6+ years of experience in compliance within securities/banking.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
