Job Description - Associate Manager, Commercial Partnerships

KAYAK is seeking a motivated Commercial Partnerships Associate to support and grow our rental-car distribution relationships. You’ll help drive commercial outcomes for KAYAK and deliver value for our users by combining analysis, relationship management, and product awareness. In this role you will:



  • Build, negotiate, and maintain commercial relationships with car-rental distribution partners, focusing on revenue growth and improved product outcomes for KAYAK users.

  • Monitor partner, product, and content performance using business and user metrics; identify and investigate gaps or issues and propose solutions.

  • Maintain a healthy partner auction and surface opportunities for partners to grow and compete in our marketplace.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to coordinate on commercial and product initiatives.

  • Track the competitive landscape of travel search sites and use that insight to inform business, product, and go-to-market decisions.

  • Improve and document processes and tools to make the team more efficient.


Please apply if you have:



  • Experience working with partners, vendors, or clients (examples: travel, e-commerce, digital marketing, consulting, or similar commercial roles).

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects, prioritizing work, and adapting as needs change.

  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across functions and locations.

  • Comfortable using cloud productivity tools (Google Workspace or similar).

  • Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese are a plus.

  • A passion for working in a fast-moving, data-informed environment.
