About the Job

As a member of our valued paid media team, you will help implement key growth strategies, giving you direct exposure to our business decisions and the chance to build in-depth expertise in the Hong Kong finance sector.

The Associate, Marketing will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns


• Generating performance reports and extracting actionable insights from data


• Collaborating with other marketing team members on a daily basis


• Assisting the manager in driving and executing key paid media initiatives


• Handling budget planning and creating performance forecasts for paid media

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• At least 1+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing Google Ads and Meta + Other social platforms Ads with a focus on conversion driven campaigns


• Proficient in Google Analytics with a strong technical understanding of tracking logic 


• A data-driven, strategic and analytical approach, skilled in identifying problems and providing actionable insights from complex performance and business data


• Experience of effectively manage and control large-scale advertising budgets


• Strong problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment

Good to have:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 


• Proficient in Looker Studio


• Familiarity with SQL and Google BigQuery 


• Prior experience in the financial services, FinTech, or online comparison platform industries
