Associate, Sales and Trading Department

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with Information Technologyto ensure smooth process in implementing new / enhanced processes and systems;
2. Assist in detailing Sales & Trading user requirements to improve efficiency and risk control effectiveness;
3. Lead Sales & Trading projects and drive changes for effective business transformation, digitalisation and regulatory changes;
4. Manage project solution delivery by working closely with IT Technology / involved parties to enable successful projects execution;
5. Actively monitor the project to meet the target schedule, scope and budget
6. Perform deep-dive analysis on Sales & Trading business and financial data;
7. Develop and prepare periodic，regulatory, business and control reports for effective risk management.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, statistic, business management or a related field;
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in IT project management in Investment Bank/ Broker Firms;
3. Solid experience of working as business analyst on medium-sized to large projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex technologies across different geographical areas/regions;
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
5. Previous hands on experience in programming for automated report generation
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English. Putonghua speaking is required;
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation & problem solving skills;
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure;
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel VBA) , Java, SQL or Shell Scripting (Python, PowerShell);
10. Good team player and good time management skills;
11. Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate and quality work.
