Job Description - Associate/ Senior Analyst, Investment (Real estate-focused)


Education and Professional Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above from a top-tier institution
  • 1-3 years of investment banking / private equity / strategy consulting / real estate investment or related experience; exposure to private equity is not required but would be a positive
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, etc. is a positive

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong research, presentation, financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Superior written and communication skills
  • Detail oriented & excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level
  • Self-motivated and dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership, proactive and hardworking
