Job Description:

The incumbent will support the HRBP team in performing general HR functions to ensure smooth and effective daily HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limit to recruitment and selection, employee compensation and other HR administrative duties
• Support and handle recruitment and on-boarding process, including CV screening, interview arrangement, hiring preparation and orientation etc.
• Execute and coordinate recruitment activities such as campus recruitment, job fairs and internship program
• Support the application and extension of Supplementary Labour scheme and other types of employment visa
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operations & administration
• Participate in annual exercises such as salary & bonus reviews, staff cost budget and performance appraisal, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• 4+ years of relevant experience, in particular HR Operations or Business Partnership, preferably gained in sizable organization
• Knowledge of labor law compliance
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Working Location: Discovery Bay and Tsuen Wan
