Associate - Settlement (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

1. Provide operational support for US corporate actions and handle daily settlement for US equities and stock options.
2. Monitor and operate various settlement systems and online platforms
3. Communicate with various counterparties (i.e. banks, custodians, ... etc.) to ensure processing completed smoothly
4. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

1. With minimum 5- 10 year’s relevant experience in brokerage or banking industry
2. Familiar of settlement systems operations and online platforms
3. Experience in handle corporate actions events for US market is required
4. Experience in US market settlement process, including equity and stock option is preferred
5. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
6. Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
7. Good team player and communication skill
8. Able to work under pressure
9. Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts and on Hong Kong public holidays is required.
