Associate / Vice President - Equity Capital Markets

Job Duties:

• Develop and expand institutional client base including fund houses, investment banks, listed companies and high-net-worth clients in local and overseas markets;
• Develop business plans to support the Equity Capital Markets team in deal marketing and structuring;
• Responsible for roadshows and execution of ECM activities including IPO, underwriting and secondary market placement;
• Provide clients with professional investment advice on HK and overseas markets.

Job Specification:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent disciplines;
• At least 4-7 years' relevant sales and marketing experience;
• Holder of Representative Licenses under SFC regulated activities for Type 1;
• Possess client base both regionally and internationally;
• Equipped with sound investment and financial market knowledge of local and overseas markets;
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
