Job Description - Associate - VP, IBD Quality Control

Our client is a leading Chinese full-licensed securities brokerage firm.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and monitor business risks in the Investment Banking Department.
Improve execution quality in Hong Kong and overseas investment banking by reviewing transaction documents.
Maintain and enhance internal quality control policies and IT systems related to transactions.
Review due diligence conducted by deal teams and ensure proper documentation.
Assess regulatory and business risks of transactions and report to senior management as needed.
Organize and participate in internal committee meetings regarding transaction acceptance and launch.

Requirements:

Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in global investment banks, law firms or big four audit firms.
Good knowledge of various financial products and regulations in Hong Kong and overseas.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
