The Role

Associate/AVP, ESOP Account Manager, Equity Sales & Derivatives

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain good relationship with ESOP VIP clients, especially Tencent and Ali;
• Response ESOP VIP clients in professional manner and on timely basis;
• Keep track on instruction and progress update with ESOP VIP clients;
• Perform KYC and AML review on existing on-going clients and new onboarding clients;
• Coordinate daily tasks or ad-hoc tasks closely with relevant departments;
• Provide support to the team and carry out other ad-has tasks as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines;
• Over 1 year of related full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Solid experience in ESOP product & customer servicing are an advantage;
• Excellent communication and problem solving skill;
• Independent, responsible and detail-minded with positive working attitude;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficient in MS Office application.
