Job Description - Associate/Officer, HR Operations (8 months contract)

Job Summary:
This role is to support our payroll outsourcing project in HR Operations Team



Job Duties:



Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the test cases and perform UAT for payroll outsourcing project and Work day Time tracking module.
  • Assist in consolidation of user requirement and related activities
  • Support the ah-hoc tasks for HR Operations team
Requirements:
  • minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HR payroll and HR Information System domain
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and related systems
  • Experience of using Workday is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Familiarity with system integration and data migration best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
