Associate/Officer, HR Operations (8 months contract)

Responsibilities

:

Prepare the test cases and perform UAT for payroll outsourcing project and Work day Time tracking module.

Assist in consolidation of user requirement and related activities

Support the ah-hoc tasks for HR Operations team

Requirements:

minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HR payroll and HR Information System domain

Strong understanding of payroll processing and related systems

Experience of using Workday is highly preferred

Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors

Familiarity with system integration and data migration best practices

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Immediately available is highly preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
