Associate/Senior Associate Corporate Finance Advisory (Boutique EAM Platform)

An APAC-focused boutique investment platform is expanding into a new corporate finance business line. They seek a seasoned professional (Specialist/ Manager / AVP level, based on experience) to report directly to the CEO, focusing on pre-IPO fundraising advisory and IPO consultancy.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate finance advisory on pre-IPO fundraising, including strategy, due diligence, investor outreach, and execution.
• Provide IPO consultancy support, from preparation (marketing materials, sponsor coordination) through to listing and closing.
• Conduct deep financial analysis, modelling, and valuation; prepare teasers, investor decks, process letters, and definitive documents.
• Manage investor engagement, roadshows, NDA/data room processes, negotiations, and coordination with legal/financial advisors.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years in corporate finance, investment banking (ECM/DCM), or transaction advisory, with hands-on involvement in at least 10 deals.
• Proven track record in pre-IPO fundraising or IPO-related projects, ideally in Greater China or APAC markets.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to lead deal workstreams independently.
• Business-level fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (priority order), plus strong Chinese read/write for documentation.
• English, Cantonese, Mandarin at business level (English first), with excellent Chinese reading/writing.
