Responsibilities:

1. Perform fund daily operation work including settlement, cash and position reconciliation
2. Prepare and review for valuation and NAV statements
3. Support client onboarding KYC matters
4. Liaise with custodians, brokers, and other third-party service provider
5. Liaise with front office, legal/compliance and other related units when necessary
6. Support new managed accounts / funds set up
7. Coordinate with Fund Administrator and Auditor on the annual audit of the fund
8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. University degree or above in Accounting, Finance or other related subjects
2. 1-2 years of working experience in fund service is preferred
3. Strong knowledge in financial products is preferred
4. Strong in excel and knowledge in VBA is a plus
5. A good team player, passionate, detail-minded and keen to develop career in asset management industry
6. Good communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
7. Immediate availability is an advantage
8. Fresh graduates are welcome
