Audit Manager, Corporate Credit, Banking

My client is seeking a seasoned internal auditor to join their Internal Audit team as a Manager specializing in corporate credit audit. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the integrity and resilience of our financial operations by ensuring robust risk management and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate credit audit: Lead and execute audits focused on corporate lending, credit approval processes, and portfolio management.
  
• Risk assessment: Identify, evaluate, and report on credit risk exposures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Audit planning: Develop audit strategies, scope, and methodologies tailored to corporate credit activities.
  
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with senior management, risk teams, and business units to provide actionable recommendations.
  
• Team leadership: Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high-quality audit standards.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CFA) preferred.
  
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years focused on corporate credit or lending.
  
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management, regulatory frameworks, and banking operations.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
