• As an EDD Review and AML Advisory Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and policies. You will conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews, provide advisory services, and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks associated with financial transactions
• Conduct thorough EDD reviews on high-risk clients and transactions.
• Analyze and evaluate customer information to identify potential AML risks.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on AML policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of AML training programs.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operational teams to strengthen risk management processes.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management.
• Stay updated on AML regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  
• Require 5-8+ years of experience in AML Advisory, EDD experience in high-risk profiles is a must.
  
• Strong understanding of AML regulations, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
  
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, ACFCS) are a plus.
