DBS' Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client's needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.

This role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance Private Banking client and employee experience and drive business growth. He/she will work closely with stakeholders across the bank to design and deliver digital initiatives that align with PB business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall digital agenda for HK Private Banking, translating digital strategy into initiatives that enhance client experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Lead digital channel initiatives to deliver seamless and intuitive wealth management services across internet banking and mobile banking.
• Implement and enhance employee-facing tools and platforms that support PB Front Office, ensuring a seamless integration with their daily workflows and enabling them to serve clients more effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with PB stakeholders to identify business goals and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue. Monitor and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Propose and execute plans to improve performance and adoption.
• Develop clear business requirements by working closely with local and regional stakeholders, to deliver initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely, high-quality and regionally aligned execution.
• Manage feedback and issues from PB clients and users regarding the digital platforms, coordinate investigation and resolution. Provide training and support to enhance adoption and effective usage.
• Ensure all digital initiatives and enhancements comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, and prepare necessary documentation such as New Product Approvals (NPA)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6 years or above in digital product management, platform management, or project management within banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Private Banking or Wealth Management
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical requirements and solutions.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both verbal and written, is required.
