Job Description - AVP, HR Information System (10 months contract)
Responsibilities
:
Lead and drive Human Capital Management (HCM) projects working in collaboration with IT, Finance and implementation partner.
Lead and motivate project teams to define scope, requirements, estimate, design, and implement each assigned project.
Be responsible for meeting functional criteria, negotiate requirements and limitations, deliver project on schedule and within cost objectives, and conduct project reviews.
Prepare, maintain, and manage project management plans, budgets/estimates, project authorization requests, project change control actions, monthly status reports and documentation suitable for audit review both during and afterpletion of project.
Develop and deliver project proposals and presentations to a broad audience of customers, stakeholders, and senior managers.
Facilitate and build consensus to drive business oues for the project.
Provide in-depth guidance to technical and non-technical staff to identify and evaluate standards and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
Establish clear process for future Workday enhancements with a clear intake channel, prioritization and stakeholdermunication.
Establish a clear production support process including defined SLA's and channels for users to raise issues easily.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of working experience in HRIS and/or payroll system
Highly advanced technical leadership skills and experience which required interactions with subject matter experts, cross-organizational stakeholders, and senior management.
Expert experience working on and delivering cloud HCM solutions. Expert experience applying project management principles and problem-solving, conflict resolution, persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building skills and independent judgement to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
Proven ability to work and lead a team under multipleplex and tight deadlines. Skilled in generating, and maintaining, successful and effective working relationships with a broad cross-section of management, technical, and administrative personnel.
Highly advanced experience leading change and mentoring various levels of staff, including engineers, and managers through the project management process.
Expert verbal and writtenmunication, facilitation, collaboration, and presentation skills required to effectively present, explain, and advise senior management and external regulators.
