What you'll be doing?

• Ensure all credit documentation are prepared or drafted in accordance with the approved terms and conditions and in compliance with the Bank’s credit documentation policy;
• Liaise, discuss and co-ordinate with internal / external stakeholders on documentation drafting; 
• Checking conditions precedent prior to drawing and seeking appropriate approval or waiver to any discrepancies and deviations between the documentation and credit approval; 
• Ensure all credit approvals is duly approved in accordance with the Bank’s credit policies;
• Manage and supervise the subordinates to end-to-end documentation process efficiently and effectively;
• Revamp and update internal operational procedures and process manuals to enhance and streamline the workflows, and ascertain compliance of internal guidelines and regulatory requirements issued at all times;
• Support Team Head of Corporate Documentation in management duties, ranging from compiling reports for management review, to overseeing performance of subordinates and deliver the internal training to reinforce the knowledge and skills; and
• Take up other ad hoc projects as assigned by Team Head

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably graduated at Finance, Law or Banking;
• More than >15 years of financial institutional working experience in various type of loan administration duties, with at least ≥10 years expertise in loan and security documentation, legal opinion and internal procedure manuals review; and
• Intensive knowledge and experience on the Mainland/ HK/ Macau banking law and the relevant regulatory requirements to ensure the full compliance of documentation.
