The Role

AVP/VP, Head of Solution Team, Human Resources Department

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the daily operations, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS);
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, support payroll processing, and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements;
• Monitor and control the annual compensation and benefits budget;
• Prepare HR-related documentation and handle personnel services, including workplace injury claims and insurance processing;
• Manage personnel files and conduct workforce data analysis and reporting;
• Supervise the administration of housing allowances, tax declarations, and related tasks;
• Lead or participate in HR-related projects and initiatives;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Experience

• Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI;
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• With more than 8 years relevant experience in HR management; Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized;
• Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
