Job Description - AVP/VP, Transfer Agency, Trust and Securities Services.


  • Your new company

A Well-Established International Bank is looking for AVP/ VP to join their Transfer Agency, Trust and Securities Services.

Your new role

  • Review and approve Transfer Agency reports, ad hoc reports, and client confirmations in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.

  • Oversee transaction processing within Transfer Agent systems and authorize records and maintenance activities performed by the team.

  • Review and approve client correspondences, including emails, payment instructions, and settlement arrangements before release to external parties.

  • Lead discussions and manage relationships with clients on Transfer Agency and Fund Administration matters, ensuring timely issue resolution and service delivery.

  • Authorize account setups, maintenance requests, master data changes, and schedule configurations across Transfer Agency platforms, while ensuring proper maker-checker controls and audit compliance.

  • Provide approval and oversight for transaction entries submitted by the support team within Transfer Agency systems.

  • Act as an authorized user, administrator, or system owner for Transfer Agency applications and related platforms.

  • Approve the setup and maintenance of client templates in ACR and GEMS to facilitate reporting and document delivery.

  • Participate in business initiatives, system enhancements, regulatory changes, and other ad hoc projects.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team while ensuring adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • 8-10 years of experience in transfer agency, trust services, or investor services within a financial institution

  • Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, and AML/KYC regulations

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
