Job Description - B2B Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to support our growing presence in the APAC region. This role is open to candidates based in Hong Kong, with strong proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships, while working in a fast-paced, international environment.

What Will You Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, product demos, and closing deals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Develop partnerships and expand your professional network
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Manage existing accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Attend industry events and represent the company in the APAC market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

What Makes You A Good Fit:

  • Minimum 1-2 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Background in IT, SaaS, fintech, or forex is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
