Job Description - Bank - Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

Coordinate & negotiate with various parties including business user, IT, vendor, branch, operation unit, control unit to provide end to end solution for product/system rollout
Collaborate with technology to develop the platform features and capabilities
Provide input to testing team on test plan and test case formation and review to ensure all required scope is being covered
Lead/ conduct system development/enhancement testing by using Agile software methodology
Management of production issues with users and technology, from UAT to delivery of fixes.
Provide timely updates/escalation to management/stakeholders.
Provide post implementation support during non-office hour including Live Verification

Relevant Experience

2-3 years of banking application BA/testing experience
Possesses good understanding of consumer banking business, products, and services
Preferably with business analysis and project management experience & skill
Experience in digital account opening/client onboarding would be beneficial
Knowledge on banking products, policies, operational procedures, risk control requirement prevailing laws/regulations and compliance standard
Good understanding on the system applications and preferably with some technical knowledge
