Job Description - Bank - Quality Assurance Analyst


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & negotiate with various parties including business user, IT, vendor, branch, operation unit, control unit to provide end to end solution for product/system rollout
  • Collaborate with technology to develop the platform features and capabilities
  • Provide input to testing team on test plan and test case formation and review to ensure all required scope is being covered
  • Lead/ conduct system development/enhancement testing by using Agile software methodology
  • Management of production issues with users and technology, from UAT to delivery of fixes.
  • Provide timely updates/escalation to management/stakeholders.
  • Provide post implementation support during non-office hour including Live Verification




Relevant Experience

  • 2-3 years of banking application BA/testing experience
  • Possesses good understanding of consumer banking business, products, and services
  • Preferably with business analysis and project management experience & skill
  • Experience in digital account opening/client onboarding would be beneficial
  • Knowledge on banking products, policies, operational procedures, risk control requirement prevailing laws/regulations and compliance standard
  • Good understanding on the system applications and preferably with some technical knowledge
