Bank Teller (Flexible location, 1 yr relevant exp preferred)

My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Bank Teller.

Responsibilities:

• Perform counter services for walk-in customers.
• Process customer requested transactions and ensure balanced daily transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products and provide relevant information to customers. Direct customers to relevant colleagues when needed.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
• 1 years relevant experience is a must. 
• Service oriented and passionate in the customer services/banking field.
• Proactive with positive mindset.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized and self-initiated.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
